No. We offer free delivery countrywide!
2. Do you have any offline store locations?
No, we do not have any offline locations. However, we are based out of Delhi NCR, please drop us an email at kalamkani@gmail.com/whatsapp us at +91 8527724324 for EXPRESS DELIVERIES.
3. What are your delivery timelines like?
We aim to deliver within 3-7 working days. For an accurate timeline, please email us at kalamkani@gmail.com/whatsapp us at +91 8527724324
4. What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept exchanges within 7 days of the date of delivery. Please email us at kalamkani@gmail.com/whatsapp us at +91 8527724324 we will arrange a reverse pick up for you. Once the package reaches our warehouse and undergoes checking to ensure the articles are unused, we will issue a credit note to you (Valid for 30 days)
We do not accept returns at the moment.
5. What are the wash & care instructions?
Dry Clean only to avoid shrinkage, color bleeding & fading.
Note : Steam iron only, on naturally crinkled clothes as they might lose their texture if you flat iron them.
