SHIPPING COST

• Shipping for all orders within India is Free for all prepaid orders with value above Rs 1500.
• A charge of Rs 100 will be levied for Cash on Delivery. 

DELIVERY TIME

Once shipped, it takes about 2-14 days for domestic orders to be delivered.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +918527724324 or write to us at info@kalamkani.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
• You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
• If we are unable to fulfil the order in 20 days due to any reason, it shall be cancelled.

COURIER

• Delivery takes 2-14 business days Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
• Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.
• The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) may require to sign for the package at the door.

MAILING HOURS

Your orders will only be processed and packed during operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 11am to 7pm, Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
