RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy:
- Once the product is delivered, you will have 24 hours to place a return request for the item.
- Below mentioned items are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not eligible for returns - Capes & Jackets, Nehru Jackets, Gift Box Sets.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received, must be in the original packaging and all the tags and labels should be intact.
- The products must have the receipt or proof of purchase i.e invoice, or delivery note.
- Kalamkani reserves the right to refuse to return a product if it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Returned items are only eligible for store credit or exchange and not refund.
Shipping Policy to return products:
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@kalamkani.com. Please note that returns will need to be shipped by you.
Return shipping costs incurred by you are non- refundable. Kindly mention clearly the order id and your name on the return package to make it easier for us to identify.
Exchange Policy
We only replace the items if they have manufacturing defects or are damaged at the time of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item or you're unsatisfied with the quality of the product, please send us an email at info@kalamkani.com and mail your item to us. We can offer exchange only for the above instances.
Refunds
Kalamkani offers the option for store credit or exchange only.
Please note that a return charge of Rs. 300 shall be deducted from the invoice amount as shipment processing in case a order is returned without acceptance from the customer.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of coupon code or store credit which shall be valid for upto 1 year from the date of issue. For security reasons you are requested not to disclose any bank information to any representative over phone, message or email.
Treatment of Discounts
Any discount availed with the use of Coupon Code while placing the order shall be deducted from the refund amount in totality. This deduction of discount (offered at the time of sale) from the refund amount shall be full and not proportional to the quantity or value of the return.
Cancellation Policy
In case you wish to cancel the order, you can drop an email at info@kalamkani.com with your order number. We can cancel your order and refund the amount only if the order has not been already dispatched.We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.If your order is cancelled after your payment method has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your same account.
